Contract, Terms and Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into this day__________of 20____, by and between Italyinyourkitchen, LLC and the Customer____________________________(print customer name and last name)
Menu Planning and Payment Terms:
Italyinyourkitchen, LLC, provide fresh ingredients and safe preparation environment.
So, after a conversation, when you client, tell me about your Event and/or your guests food allergies and dietary restrictions, I will collaborate with you on a custom-curated menu proposal based on the information that you provided, written and mailed. Once you, client, have approved the menu and the event day is confirmed you will send to me a copy of this Contract/agreement signed with 20% deposit ( 2 weeks before event) of the total cost by email or regular mail in order to secure reservation for the event.
At the Event day you will provide the remainder balance and the invoice will be send to you within 2/3 business days via email or regular mail.
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
A 3% transaction fee will be apply to all credit card transaction.
Cancellations and changes policy:
Event Cancellations must be received via text message, phone call or e-mail 2 weeks prior the event day and the deposit will be completely refunded. 1 week prior the event day we will refund the 50% of deposit.
Limitation of liability:
With a prior conversation by phone call, e-mail, text messages or in person, where to tell us about any food allergies, dietary restrictions of your guests and event participants, Italyinyourkitchen, LLC is not responsible for any physical illness caused by the food that we made.
